If you answered NO to that question then I have
to tell you, you are wrong!
The good news is you
can change your mind. You can decide to have a healthy body and
get rid of all that fat. Yes, you can and I will tell you how.
First let me ask you... Why are you over weight? Think about
that for a few minutes. Write down your top 3 reasons on a piece
of paper. Go ahead and do it. You can tear the paper up and
throw it away in a little while if you want to. Just write down
your top three reasons now.
What did you write? Diets don't work? I love chocolate? I
hate exercise? I can't afford good food? I had my tubes tied? My
family is fat, it's in my genes? I have to have snacks for the
kids? My mom rewarded me with food? I have nothing better to do
than eat?
It really doesn't matter what you wrote, the fact is it is
what you have convinced yourself to be the truth. You have your
mind made up that you can't lose weight because of some outside
source that you have no control over. Well, unless you are tied
to a chair and someone is force feeding you cake, you have
control. It is just a lot easier for you to blame it on someone
else. So are you tied to a chair? NO! Then change your mind
and change your weight. It's as simple as that! Look at
your list and change the words a
little.
Diet's do work. I hate chocolate.
I love to be active. What ever you
wrote, change it to be a reason why
you can lose weight. Every day,
several times a day, repeat your new
list to yourself. It doesn't matter
if you believe it or not. Just keep
telling yourself these "new" truths.
Your subconscious will eventually
start to believe you and act on
those beliefs. This really does
work. Just try it. |
