What does it mean and how does
it relate to me?
The U.S.
Recommended Daily Allowances is
always a big topic among health
advisors.
The USRDA guides are
supposed to be the amounts of
vitamins and minerals you need each
day to stay healthy. It is the
belief of many naturopathic doctors,
herbologists and other alternative
medicine practitioners that these
guidelines are the minimum
amounts you need to stay alive
each day. Many of the health
practitioners in this world don't
want you to be healthy. There is not
enough money in health to satisfy
our government and the AMA.

So why can't we get
enough nutrition from the food we
eat?
There was a time
when the foods that we grew would
have been enough to keep us healthy.
The problem now is the fact that we
don't have any good soil or water
left on our planet. We are growing
food in substandard soil and
watering with polluted water. We
then add more chemicals to the
growing food to make it grow faster
and keep pests off. The end result -
a substandard, polluted piece of
food. The pollutants are in the
food, you can't wash it off. How
could all the former nutrition
survive this treatment? It can't!
This is why we need to add
supplements to our daily intake. If
you don't, you are probably not even
reaching the minimum daily
requirements to survive. This is why
you get sick. If you are a healthy,
thriving human being, you will not
get sick even if you are in a room
full of sick people sneezing on you.
This is a fact! You don't get
sick because you come in contact
with an illness. You get sick
because your body is not healthy
enough to fight off the foreign
bodies that you come in contact
with. Makes sense? Sure it does.
Age has nothing to
do with it. You can stay healthy at
any age by taking control of your
body. It's not too late, start now
and feel better tomorrow!
