In the fairy tale, the
hero stands perplexed at
the sheer face of the
mountain with no way in
and no way up. Suddenly,
just when it appears
hopeless, a door
magically appears in the
stone wall and his way
opens before him.
I had pretty much the
same feeling of a
magical opening when a
supporter sent me an
email with a link that
she thought I might be
interested in. I read
with shock and horror,
but not disbelief, that
mercury IS the ACTIVE
INGREDIENT in flu
vaccine and that "M",
the maker of
vaccine-laced flu shots,
knows all of the
terrible things it does
to people who are
vaccinated, including
children, but uses it
anyway.
We cannot confirm that
this is really from an
insider, nor are we
certain that the
mechanism of action of
mercury as described is
correct, but we need to
pay attention to what
"Steve" (not his real
name) is saying:
"Without mercury, flu
vaccines are less
effective than one cup
of herbal tea. With
mercury, the vaccine is
very effective at
killing nerve cells and
more effective than one
cup of herbal tea in
preventing the flu. In
fact almost as many
vaccinated people get
the flu as the normal
population...."
"Mercury kills nerve
cells. When the nerve
cells in the brain are
die, the result is
attention deficit,
autism, behavioral
disorders, bipolar,
brain tumors and cancer,
decreased intelligence,
hyperactivity and memory
problems. Flu doesn't
cause any of these
things. Before mercury
was added to flu
vaccines all of these
conditions were very
rare...."

started adding mercury
to the vaccines, the
number of reports
claiming children were
developing asthma post
vaccine increased
several hundred-fold.
The current odds are 13
out of every 100
children vaccinated with
anything containing
mercury will report
asthmatic symptoms

FDA. You can't sue "M"
for any side effect of
their flu vaccine - no
matter how gross their
negligence. Here's a

and that's grossly
negligent and should be
criminal. But it isn't."

Here's the Legal
Background
Under the traditional
interpretation of the
Constitution, public
health decisions are
part of the state's
responsibilities.
Thus, requiring
compulsory vaccination
of children in order to
allow them to attend
public school is a
policy which developed
state by state, with
each state writing its
own exemption
requirements as well. In
recent years, however,
under the guise of
"national security", the
federal authorities
granted themselves
ultimate authority over
public health care,
especially in case of a
government-declared
emergency.
While the CDC still only
"recommends"
vaccinations to the
states which then choose
to impose them, in the
event of an "emergency"
the federal authorities
have clearly signaled
their intent to require
whatever medications
choose. There are no
religious or other
exemptions expected
under such emergency
circumstances. It is
imperative that we
create a legal case to
make any such mandatory
compulsory vaccination
illegal and
unenforceable.
Here's the Legal
Game Plan
Because compulsory
vaccination is such an
imminent and significant
threat to our freedom
and our health, we have
to act in three
directions at once...
(1) We need to help as
many families as
possible qualify for
whatever exemptions may
be available. That's why
we are creating the
Vaccine Exemption eBook,
available mid January,
2008. *
(2) We need to engage in
strong and
precedent-setting
litigation in Maryland
and New Jersey where
important court tests of
personal liberty and
privacy are possible.
Although you may not
live in those states,
judges generally follow
rulings in similar cases
in other states so
precedents can be
established that can
mitigate or eliminate
the vaccine threat
through the entire
country.
(3) We need to educate
our representatives and
decision makers on the
importance of having
state and national laws
protecting conscientious
objection to any
compulsory vaccination.
Right now, most of
them** still believe
that vaccination is
good, that its benefits
far outweigh any dangers
it might pose and, most
inaccurately of all,
that vaccination works.
And they think that
these uninformed beliefs
give them the authority
to impose this threat on
you and your children.
We have to change these
beliefs and make it
clear that neither in
school situations nor in
alleged "emergencies"
does the government have
the right to impose
compulsory vaccination
or other treatments on
us.
We call upon all
legislators to support
Vaccination Free Choice
