Did you know that you are probably
one drink away from dehydration?
It's true!
We are talking about a drink of
water, not a cocktail.
Most of us go through our day
drinking a lot of beverages thinking
we are doing OK. The fact is, if you
aren't drinking enough water your
entire body is suffering.
Alcohol will dehydrate you. Coffee
will dehydrate you. Soft drinks
contain too much sugar. Sugar free
soft drinks contain
Aspartame which will probably
kill you.
You need more water. How can your
skin look fresh and clear if it is
suffering from dehydration?
Dehydrated skin will wrinkle easily
and always look drab.
If you aren't drinking enough water,
your entire body is suffering. It is
showing on your skin, especially
your face, but every part of your
system is feeling the damage.
You need water to flush impurities
from your system. You body is
working hard to filter out all the
bad things that you come into
contact each day. If you aren't
giving it enough fluids to get rid
of the impurities, your body will
show the strain.
You should drink at least 16,
preferably 32, ounces of water every
morning before you
have your morning coffee or tea. All
night long your body has been
working to repair the damage that
occurred yesterday. (You slept right
through all that work) All you have
to do is flush. Give your body a
fighting chance for the new day it
is about to face.
Wrinkles, acne, boils, age spots can
all be drastically reduced and
possibly even eliminated if you give
your system a fighting chance.
We have heard so many people say
they don't like water. What's not to
like? It's not like liver or brussel
sprouts, it's water. It has no
flavor. It has no color. Plain
flavorless liquid.
If you absolutely refuse to drink
water because you "don't like it",
add a little lemon juice and honey
to it and have some lemon-aid.
Every single cell in your body needs
water. You should drink at least 64
ounces of water each day. That is
only four 16 ounce bottles. More
would be better. 64 ounces should be
your absolute minimum intake.
Do yourself a favor... flush your
system first thing every morning for
one week. Drink at least 64 ounces
of water each day for one week. At
the end of the week take a look in
the mirror. You will look healthier.
You will have more energy. You will
probably be a couple pounds lighter
too.
